  2. Custom-made tables are non-returnable.
  3. Payment (deposit or full amount) for a table is non-refundable once the production process has begun.
  4. The customer is responsible for providing the correct dimensions and other order specifications.
  5. Tables in stock can be picked up in person by prior appointment.
  6. Products and accessories that are not custom-made may be returned in accordance with the regulations governing distance selling.

3. Turnaround Time

  1. The standard lead time for custom-made tables is approximately 4–6 weeks.
  2. The date provided is approximate and is not guaranteed.
  3. Delays do not constitute grounds for claims.

4. Warranty and Service

  1. All tables come with a 2-year warranty.
  2. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use.
  3. After the warranty period expires, we offer support for any issues with the product.

5. Shipping and Pickup

  1. In the case of delivery by courier, the customer is required to unpack the product in the presence of the courier and, if necessary, file a damage report.
  2. When shipping via a freight carrier, the customer is also required to thoroughly inspect the goods upon receipt.
  3. In-person pickup of products is available only by prior appointment.

6. Graphic Design Projects

  1. We always send the table’s graphic design for approval.
  2. The customer is required to review the design, paying particular attention to typos and other details.
  3. Once the design has been approved, we are not liable for any errors.

7. Returns and Complaints

  1. Under the Consumer Rights Act, a customer has the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product—with the exception of custom-made products.
